It rains a lot in Japan during summer. Heavy downpour in a short period of time is very dangerous, because rivers may be flooded, landslides may happen, and rain water may get into houses or underpasses, causing various troubles. The drill will show you how trainings are conducted to minimize damages by rain. Admission free.
