Let’s learn Omotenashi spirit and communication basics. Lectures are mainly in Japanese.

| Eligibility | Those who live, work or attend schools in Musashino City, or MIA Members; capable of daily casual English conversation. Age: 15 years old or over (beyond junior high school) *Foreign nationals who understand Japanese can also join the program. |
| Topics | To learn Omotenashi spirit, there are varieties of programs including lectures,videos and workshops. Topics are communication basic skills, intercultural understanding and how to use the help card in case of taking care of foreign Tourists. Lectures are mainly in Japanese. |
